"Headwear
should not be designed to hide a woman's beauty, it should be created to enhance
it, and crown her queen of the occasion." Jane Sharville.
When
my only daughter decided to get married, I wanted a hat that would reflect
this most special of days. Eventually, after much searching, I discovered
an enchanting piece of headwear that was unique, individual and made a statement
about how important this event was to me. I felt very special. I felt like
the second most important woman at the wedding - the mother of the bride.
Soon
after, I decided to use my skills to create a collection of hats and headwear
that was exclusive and individual, and would allow women of all ages to express
their personality and captivate their audience at formal and special occasions.
I trained at the Janie Lashford School of Millinery, and have built a stylish
and varied collection. My signature is the way in which I explore colour,
shape and varied materials to produce striking set pieces. I hope you like
my work.
